With everything being different this summer due to health concerns, even if the Lebanon County Fair is open to some degree, we will not be going. So Chef Bob decided to take matters into his own hands and give everyone funnel cakes for the snack one afternoon. Everyone was quite happy with this, especially the people who were already outside enjoying our courtyard, because powdered sugar was everywhere! It really brought back good memories of the County Fair! Here is Joanne Rockel enjoying her personal-sized funnel cake! Thank you, Chef Bob!
