Juniper Village at Lebanon

And the Juniper Groundhog Predicts

No matter what you might have heard from other groundhogs in Pennsylvania, the ones we made recently in cooking class at Juniper Village at Lebanon did not see their shadows, which means an early Spring! Yay! And the best part of our Juniper groundhogs was that they were also delicious! They were made with a chocolate pudding base, a peanut butter cookie for a body, and Reese‘s pieces and marshmallows for the features of the groundhogs. Of course no two groundhogs are alike, but they all tasted great, and we had fun making them!
