Georgia knew just what she wanted to do – go to London to “see the big clock!” She looked forward to their trip to Europe for a long time, never imagining it would go the way it did. Exiting the plane, Georgia and Roland were greeted by a limousine driver who couldn’t believe his luck. “Right this way, Miss” he ushered her into the car. “What is your body guards name?” He asked referring to Roland. A bewildered Georgia responded explaining that Roland was her husband, not her bodyguard. “I understand, Miss, you’re incognito, I won’t say a word”. This was just the beginning of the strange but exquisite treatment Georgia received on her trip. Cecil Aubrey, a European actress happened to be very popular in Europe at this time and also happened to have very similar features to Georgia. Mistaken time and again for the actress over the span of their vacation, Georgia received complimentary glasses of champagne and cab fare, requests for autographs, and saw the flash of many cameras. This special trip, a gift of love and appreciation from husband to wife turned out to be the full pampering package complete with “star” treatment!
