2019 Giraffe Awards Aurora

The Giraffe Award is an annual that is presented to Associates at each community whom exhibit attributes of compassion, responsiveness, and attentiveness and willingness to “stick their neck out”.

Ongoing recognition is an important component of the R.E.S.P.E.C.T Program. Formal recognition by the home office provides Associates with an increased sense of purpose and pride. Each year, the Executive Director and Regional Director of Operations select associates who have exhibited attributes fitting of the Giraffe Award. Special focus is made to on-line associates rather than leadership team members. The President of Juniper Communities, Lynne Katzmann presents the award to the recipient(s) at an annual celebration at the community. Congratulations to Lutgarda Maristela, Bertha Gonzales, Habtam Takele, and Veronica Gonzales for receiving a Giraffe Award!
